No. Every price comes from your own price list, exactly as you set it. If something isn't on the list, Yarn Oga passes the chat to you.

Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?

You can, but a number connected to Yarn Oga stops working in the normal WhatsApp app. Many businesses use a new number just for orders. We'll help you choose.

Do I need to know anything about technology?
